Tsholofelo ‘Tsholo’ Mngxali is currently the Company Anchor at The Transformation Legacy. Tsholo’s role entails being the thread that connects every key operations component within the business. This would involve being the first voice that people hear when they call into the office, the first face people see when they visit the company premises and the one person who would be the go-to person for required company information. Tsholo’s role also provides office and administrative support to the Operations, Projects teams and the CEO. It is vital for the smooth-running of all the back-end functions within The Transformation Legacy. The role ultimately ensures the proper flow of office procedures and supports the office management by carrying out common office duties.
Tsholo studied at the University of Johannesburg where she obtained her BCom Finance Degree in 2011. Tsholo also obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2020 through Milpark Business School. Tsholo started her formal career in the banking industry for 7 years where she successfully fulfilled her roles as Junior Business Analyst, Junior Pricing Specialist, Business Manager and Business Consultant. Her roles within the banking industry were always centered within the Small, Medium and Large Business units in providing financial assistance and support to SME’s.
Tsholo is a versatile professional with strengths in administration, communications, events and project administration. Her most recent role was that of Personal and Communications Assistant at Lumina Learning South Africa. Tsholo has a passion for human capital management and development which stems from her experience in the Leadership, Learning and Development team in the People Team at Absa Group Ltd. This has led her to specifically align herself professionally with a dynamic organisation such as The Transformation Legacy.
Tsholo has a love and devotion to her family with a child that is very active and keeps her youthful! She is an arts and nature lover in all its forms. Tsholo enjoys giving back to the less privileged in her private time and spending time with abandoned children. Tsholo has been very active at her church as Secretary of the Finance Committee, member of the youth choir and has completed a short qualification in Relationship Coaching, which is her other found passion and purpose in life.
